Penrose Suburb, Nyabira

Penrose Township is a high density residential housing development situated 32km from the city centre along the Chirundu road at Nyabira. The scope of works includes the following:

• Tarred Roads and Stormwater Drainage
• Water Reticulation
• Sewer Reticulation
• Access culvets
• The project covers 143ha in extent and comprises 2698 stands ranging in size from 230m2 to 1100m2. Also included are commercial and institutional stands.

Servicing has already commenced with phase 1, 2 & 3 are ready to build. Servicing of phase 4 and 5 is in progress. Nyabira township is also a strategic area as it is in close proximity (approximately 20km) to the New Parliament in Mt Hampden) and will provide immense value in the medium to long term.
