Haydon Park is located in Westgate 18km from Harare Main Post
Office along the Old Mazowe Road and covers 100ha in extent with a
total number of 501stands which include residential, commercial and
industrial stands.
Stand sizes range from 800 – 3963 m? The scope of works include:
roads, storm-water drainage, water reticulation system, stand access
culverts and asphalt surfaced/tarred roads.
Servicing commenced in February 2018 and to date Phase 1 AND 2
are 100% serviced with title deeds, tarred roads and water reticulation
system. Current activities are focused on road opening and defining
for Phase 3
